It is with deep gratitude that I share with you the beginning of a series of blog entries intended to introduce the concepts that I have explored in depth in the book Extraordinary Leadership During Extraordinary Times. In this book, I have identified 7 Vital Keys that I believe will assist us in transforming ourselves and our world systems in dynamically positive ways to lead through our hearts, and to integrate those shifts into our walk on this planet, from the personal to the global. Each blog will begin with one Vital Key at a time, including two posts for each key — the first will introduce the concept and the follow-up post will address a current event or concept in a "think tank-heart tank" invitational format to evoke potential solutions or new ways to approach the issues at hand through that specific Vital Key.
