NDE'S - Near Death Experiences
Let's first define what a Near Death Experience (NDE) is:

According to the Oxford English Dictionary, an NDE is “an unusual experience taking place on the brink of death and recounted by a person after recovering, typically an out-of-body experience or a vision of a tunnel of light.” (https://languages.oup.com/google-dictionary-en/)

Wikipedia, in contrast, explains an NDE as follows: “A Near Death Experience (NDE) is a profound personal experience associated with death or impending death which researchers claim share similar experiences.” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Near-death_experience)
With profound gratitude for my three NDE’s, I encourage people to be open to creating the equivalent of an NDE rather than asking for one because there are gifts and responsibilities related to each. Wouldn't you rather be in conscious invitation of the gifts related to divine insights, instead of receiving a 2 by 4 that might create struggle for your physical and emotional well-being on this planet?
